Once orders are placed, deliveries shall be made within 1-4 business days, depending on your location. Your patience is highly appreciated. Please ensure that the address indicated is correct. WE DO NOT OFFER SAME DAY SHIPPING.

Expect delays during sales periods, weekends, & holidays.

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. 

Our delivery zones and delivery rates for orders below Sh. 3,000 are as follows. Orders above Sh. 3,000 qualify for FREE DELIVERY within Kenya:

 

For international orders, please indicate your correct address. We shall send you a Paypal Link by which payment can be made, after which your package should be delivered in 7-14 Business Days. In case of any problems during payment, please email us at info@nalelahair.com so that we can assist.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. Hair cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. 

Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.
